I am known in the real estate community as a trustworthy counselor, a strong negotiator, and a skilled facilitator. I am an award winning Realtor with 35 years of experience in residencies home sales in the SF Bay Area.

As a California native, and a long time resident of the Bay Area, I have a wealth of knowledge about the many unique neighborhoods of the East Bay. Many of my transactions involve returning clients or referrals. New clients are always welcome.

When listing a property for sale, I work hard to make the marketing and sale of the property run smoothly with open clear communication and continuous feedback. I love building a team with my sellers and brainstorming solutions to any challenge. I will work to find right buyers who are prepared to pay top dollar and terms agreeable to the seller. I bring considerable marketing, creative business and negotiating experience to the table.

Buyers come in all ages and backgrounds. The buying process is complex and the paperwork can be daunting. My understanding of contracts and effective presentation skills has enabled me to successfully handle a wide range of real estate transactions. It's my job is to help every buyer discover what they want in a home and to work with them to achieve their goals.
